and I don't recall him telling the lawyers like Mark Herron to knock it off or denouncing their efforts. The Democrats believed that a majority of those votes would be for Bush, so they went all out to disqualify as many of them as possible. They then turned around and claimed that "every vote counts" when looking at dimples and hanging chads on punch cards. The stench from their hypocricy was (and remains) overwhelming.
