Larry, I credit you with knowing that the UN Charter specifically allows self-defense in case of attack, not to mention that common sense encourages it.
What continues to bother me, and seems to bother so many people, is that Bush hasn't made a case for self-defense.
All the attempts to portray questioning Bush's war as hypocrisy or Saddam-sympathizing can't sweep the lack of proof of imminent danger under the carpet.
