The Cole and the asprin factory are probably the best of the worst you could come up with. What a joke. And what was the "etc"? The Cole was a terrorist attack on a US target. By that standard what would the WTC be to Bush; A foreign policy success? Sudan has been identified as an example of state supported terrorism by THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION and the asprin factory was owned by associates of Bin Laden. You think a sitting president might have had more information about it than his critics? At least it wasn't a wedding party. Get a clue and learn how to spell "foreign."

Clinton was an outstanding president regarding world affairs and America was both respected and admired internationally under his administration. Bush would be hard pressed to say the same.

You are right about Carter having a horrible foreign policy.
