I'm sure it fits nicely into your world view to consider any world leader on the planet a sleazeball if they did not share your distain for Clinton, but I tend to think it was more his thoughtful, non-arrogant use of America's overwhelming economic, military and political power which earned Clinton and America so much international respect, admiration and goodwill.
