Funny how the Left's veiw of Blair has shifted so dramaticly since Clinton left office.

A serious guestion:
Did Blair change or did the left's spin and Clinton's Legacy Building campaing change?

A hint: "Clinton the peacemaker" should make you ROTFLYAO.
