Why do some people claim that we aren't at war with Iraq. What do we have to do to be considered to be at war?
Does any country in the world "think" we aren't at war with Iraq? Does any citizen of the US think we aren't at war with Iraq. Is war something that requires some paperwork which has yet been not done?
This is in regards to the question of whether it's legal to kill Saddam.
What is the definition of war? Does it depend on some special ritual to be performed in order to be considered to exist?
