Some lists (hope I get them all straight:)
The first Gulf War coalition (34 nations):
Afghanistan
Argentina
Australia
Bahrain
Bangladesh
Canada Czechoslovakia Denmark
Egypt
France Germany
Greece Hungary
Honduras
Italy Kuwait
Morocco
The Netherlands
Niger
Norway
Oman
Pakistan Poland
Portugal
Qatar Saudi Arabia
Senegal South Korea
Spain Syria
Turkey
The United Arab Emirates
United Kingdom
United States
Nations in the first coalition that are (so far) missing from the current coalition:
Argentina
Bahrain
Bangladesh
Canada
Egypt
France Germany
Greece
Morocco
Niger
Norway
Oman
Pakistan
Qatar Saudi Arabia
Senegal
Syria
The United Arab Emirates
Nations not in the first coalition that are in the current one:
Albania
Azerbaijan
Bulgaria
Colombia
Costa Rica
Dominican Republic
El Salvador
Eritrea
Estonia
Ethiopia
Georgia
Iceland
Japan
Latvia
Lithuania
Macedonia
Marshall Islands
Micronesia
Mongolia
Nicaragua
Palau
Philippines
Romania
Rwanda
Singapore
Slovakia
Solomon Islands
Uganda
Uzbekistan
So Canada, France, Germany, Greece and Norway are missing now from the major nations. And officially, a lot of Middle Eastern nations are missing, although we are using bases in some of them. Japan is in the new coalition, and a broad array of other nations.
Obviously, the assumption is that without the Lords of Europe, it isn't a "real" coalition at all. Certainly Germany and France feel that way.
