No "shock and awe" yet
Giving the Iraqi military a chance to surrender is not only a good political move it is the moral thing to do. Indications are good they may just do that. I hope they surrender enmass very soon and prevent massive casualties. What a miracle it would be if this turns out to be a nearly bloodless victory.
