British intelligence strongly suggests that both Baghdad marketplace bombings were due to Iraqi missiles
Hmm...what's interesting is the suggestion that the Iraqis may have done it accidently, not on purpose.
BBC:
"British intelligence sources say Iraq has replaced the commander of air defence forces after Iraqi surface-to-air missiles, aimed at Western warplanes, had missed and fallen back on the Iraqi capital."
