Can't find the other article, but I saw one where the US admited it may have been at fault in the first incident. Still begs the question of an intentional repeat.

Bowser and such might ponder why the press is not free to investigate these incidents. It would settle things clearly, but it is clear Iraq only wishes to show what makes them look impressive or us look bad.
