No reply as of this morning, and I see that other people have made the same request. I did genuinely want to be polite, and not provocative, so I didn't interject my suspicions. There is still an outside chance that the quote is genuine (despite modern phrasing and the reference to "shock and awe"--I'm bending over backward to be fair!), so no sense being a troll.
