If you accept the proposition that war is a continuation of politics by other means, then it follows that continuation is the ultimate manifestation of the failure of alternatives.

I agree that I am also proud of our military for their success so far. I only hope that they continue in their success. remember this thing is not over yet. I served in the military and fail to see war as a game.
