You argue that no third way exists, I argue that because you don't see a third way doesn't mean the other hypothesies are endorsable. Your analogy about the street is stupid. i cross the street because there is clear need to or I "want" to, in which case it has no moral import.
Your cracks about college are stupid. I don't teach, I don't take classes, I have not for years- I write software. I grew up in oklahoma, in an oil-town.
