1) OUR intelligence organs
2) OUR reporting system from the 'lower downs'
and most importantly, what does this say about
3) Our set of justifications employed up to the start of the gulf war.
and
4) Why our leadership seemed to 'flip' the justification at the last moment, from justifiable self defense in the face of certain Iraq-originated WMD attack to 'liberation' of Iraq.
