I've been having some discussion on tax cuts and wealth, and ran a few number scenarios, but I realize now that unless we can agree on a definition of "rich," (as in "tax cuts for the rich") it's like nailing Jell-o to a tree. I know that the Left does not want to be nailed down on this, the goal being to paint a vague picture in everyone's heads of the "rich" being anyone with more money than they have, but I think we can do better.

So, everybody chime in. What's "rich?" How much money makes you "rich?" Granted, rich in central North Dakota ain't the same as rich in Beverly Hills, but we can average it out a bit.
