Yes and No
It was Lee's issue not mine. You are correct that there are significant differences between social justice and criminal justice. However all are covered by laws which are made through our democratic process. The key common principal is fairness although it is often butchered in the process of political hagling.
So once again it comes down to a basic question of principle. Is equality of opportunity a principle that while clearly not 100% reachable in a capitalist economy (which I think most of us agree is the best form of economy) a goal woth striving for or not?
