Excuse me but do you honestly believe the law is applied the same to the poor and the rich equally? Why do white collar criminals get short easy time for stealing millions while the poor do hard time for thousands? You also make the contradictory claim that fairness should have nothing to with the law and then turn around and justify a flat tax using a synonym for fairness.
