So, you think that the newer intelligence would show something radically different than what it showed in 1998?

So, I guess Clinton scared Saddam so badly that between then and the eve of the second Iraq war, Saddam destroyed all the WMD and WMD programs that Clinton and the CIA said he had?

Is anyone here actually thinking through the ramifications of their assumptions?
