This anti-Bush movement is religious in nature.
Don has already made it clear that the WMDs are not even important anymore. If they are found it does not matter because as far as he is concerned, Bush misled him, even though he was part of the minority that never did get the war in the first place. This editorial is simply that sentiment inflicted on a wider audience. Think about it:
Bush said we were after regime change, ending Saddam's CAPABILITY to use oil and terror as a dangerous threat.
The left has attempted to highjack the agenda and have only one test be held: WMDs or not.
And not only that, the WMDs have to be eactly as our intel guessed, in a proof that is acceptable to those who were aginst the war and this President fromthe start.
Clever but transparently shallow.
We have the oddity of a a reactionary movement incapable of admitting they are wrong, because their faith requires Bush to never be right.....no matter the reality.
The sorry spectacle that Don is kind enough to expose us to daily is ample proof of this.
