Don,

I respect your intelligence as much as I respect Tom's, Phil's and Larry's despite some strong disagreements. I wish we could all avoid personal biases and attacks, but we are all human. It's always a big thrill when we are all on the same side tearing up some ludicrous psuedoscience.
