Gbaikie?
I hope you have protected your concept/idea from "filching",
concept-theft, etc....This is an open forum here; there are lurkers
who can steal your ideas..
Photocopies help, but.... for rudimentary patent-protection it might be
wise to have typed & sketched out your concept & design on paper;
date it; sign it; seal it in a Manila-envelope and mail it to yourself
via US Mail [I'm serious!] for rudimentary "patent-protection".
By the way! When you do get the funds together to start a "formal"
patent-process, do not always hope that you'll get 'big bucks' from licensing of your patented concept/design, etc; it might be prudent
to consider "selling your patent" to an interested party [NASA, Boeing,
the Pentagon, etc.].
Robert Goddard's widow {apparently} got millions from NASA in the late 1950's/early 60's for the transfer of patent-rights.
I'm not saying you'll get millions; but your concept may have
"military applications" that may interest the US Defence Dept.
cheers.
