Nobody is contending Saddam is either warm, nor fuzzy, not honest.
This war is NOT about the honesty or personal character of Saddam. Its about the clear and present danger posed by WMD.
Again, a Lie or a dishonest tyrant: these things populate the earth in droves. Nuclear, Chemical, Biological weapons, the connections to deliver them to the United States (Al-qaeda operatives) and their intended use WAS the predication for the war.
The claim that- because he lied to the UN/US this war is justified... Its like blowing up the pre-school because one 2-year-old told a lie.
