I have never claimed that Don. I have claimed I believed Iraq had a WMD program based on their behavior and the data gleaned over a decade under UN sanctions.
What is obvious to me and perhaps not to someone like you that does not work in the chemical industry is that the ability to produce WMD is far more critical than how much you have. If you can make more it does not matter how much weapons inspectors destroy. It is also why you can afford to destroy the evidence prior to likely exposure provided you protect your manufactuting facilities by oh say burying them. Nothing says denial of evidence like refusing to face that issue.
