Option C is good, and I'm sure some folks could think up a few more.

Some world leaders* actually agree with the United States on this issue, believe it or not, although we rarely see the opinions of those other than France and Germany paraded in the anti-Bush press (oddly enough.) I could care less what the thugocracies think of us. Some nations and people would not care even if we found a weapons factory twenty miles on a side.
