There are a lot of things absurd about Hannity. What I said Rangel said was reasonably accurate paraphrase. Those transcripts cost money and it's not worth it to me.
What I heard Eagleburger say is that the administration (mainly Condi Rice) was foolish for parceling out blame for the statement on uranium and they should have stood by the statement 100%. I agree with this. By conceding that there is some question as to whether the statement should have been left in, they have opened a can of worms.
