...the media "wants Bush to fail" is absolutely ridiculous. The media reports the news. If the deaths of American soldiers in Iraq is not news releveent to the interests of the American public, I don't know what is.
The simple fact is that there is lots of bad news to report in Iraq. Americans are dying daily. Basic public services and security has not yet been restored. And we've not found any evidence of the main two reasons we went to war...alleged weapons of mass destruction and alleged links between Saddam and Al Qaeda.
I get the sense Tom that you would prefer that the American public not know these things.
