Death rate
Just so you know, at a current world death rate of 9 per 1000 a year, a population of 6 billion people gives about 54 million deaths a year. That's about 6,000 an hour. Even if you just count Americans, the casualty count in Vietnam was about 50,000. I have heard numbers as high as 4 million for Vietnamese. The numbers for Iraq, both American and Iraqi, are lost in the noise by comparison.
But as Davin says, unless SDAI is one hell of a slow typer, I think Davin has got him on this one, even if we are just talking Americans.
