Put up, or shut up.
Why bother? When I do, you ignore my evidence and analyses.
I basically proved that the trailers they found were NOT artillery support systems.
I posted the article from the Center for Defense Information paper on Iraqi links with terrorism. I posted a list of news articles on Iraq and Al Quaeda from 1999, back when it was okay for the media to support an administration. I posted a link on David Kay, who, from on scene, is convinced that the WMD is real and is compiling the evidence to convince the rest of us. I posted the CIA report, Powell's report to the U.N., and the British intelligence compilation. All showed evidence of concealment, illegal activity, and patterns of deception of the inspectors.
All ignored, and assumed to be bullshit. Not refuted, just assumed to be bullshit.
Didn't you wonder why of all that mass of information, the press pretended that the only piece of intelligence evidence of importance was the uranium from Niger? Maybe because that was the only one they even had the slightest evidence might be false? And what the hell WAS the trade delegation from Iraq trying to buy from Niger, if not uranium?
You ignored the scientist who buried nuclear enrichment equipment and plans in his back yard with instructions to keep them for future use. We found one scientist, and one cache. And then some idiots submitted that this was of no importance because this single cache was not enough to get the job done, as though it was impossible that there could be other back yards, scientists, and hidden equipment.
Saddam would not have let the inspectors back into Iraq if he had not been certain he could not be found out. If he hid illegal activity sufficiently to outlast possible years of inspections, it is not unrealistic to assume we are going to be some time digging it out. It took this long to find Saddam's sons, with at least an entire division looking for them and a $15 million reward on each. Nobody assumed they didn't exist, just that they were damned hard to find.
I'm not sure what would satisfy you. Maybe a dozen Bolo Continental Siege Units buried under the mountains. Maybe a Death Star under construction in geostationary orbit above Iraq. Hey, has anyone actually LOOKED for one?
And frankly, this is starting to be a waste of time. I just hope the information will help other people make up their minds.
