Children weilding toy guns have been shot by police
Its a tragic accident when it happens.
"Triggerhappiness" has nothing to do with it.
Its called getting caught in the crossfire. And so long as police and the criminals they appreehend carry guns, it will continue to happen.
The same goes for soldiers and civilians in a war zone.
But then at this day in age, its not surrprising that somebody would try to put an anti-american political spin on a tragic accident. Not suprising at all...Its going to be a long election "season" leading up to November 2004.
