Why is it this 100% record of failure gets swept under the rug along with NASA's many successes to somehow argue against all data that privatization is better? Private industry as a whole does work better than government when there is profit to be made. That means costs to supply the product are less than the price customers are willing to pay. The costs to supply the product include developmemnnt costs. So far there is no evidence there is enough demand to support private development of launch vehicles. What commercial launches there are are based on development costs subsidized by NASA or other government agencies.
You know it's great to keep on chugging despite failure, but I have no respect for this blame the other guy atttitude and try and drag him down with you so many space entrepanuers seem to have. You will never succeed as long as you blame others instead of facing the fact that you truly have a hard task to tackle and better line your ducks up better the next time.

Mark
