Please locate a quote from ANY major administration official directly connecting Saddam to 9/11, any specific attack, or anything other than support of anti-American terrorism in general. As I recall, it was the threat of WMD being eventually distributed to terror networks that was a main concern. "Pre-emptive attack," remember?
