Yeah? Take a survey to see how many people think the rich don't pay any taxes. The left is perfectly happy with the myths that work for them.
The fact is, nobody in charge has made this claim, and the fact that surprise is expressed when Rumsfeld reiterates this, shows that people haven't been paying attention.
