Anybody else having this much trouble with this concept? Maybe I'm not wording it right.
Wealthy liberals dish out lip service about the evil rich and how they should pay their fair share, while at the same time they are doing not one damn thing different than wealthy conservatives. They use the same tax loopholes, pay the same rates, own multiple mansions, and accumulate vast wealth and hang on to it with both hands.
They are counting on the stupidity and ignorance of their audience. It seems to work.

I think you dropped your analogy on the floor. If we were keeping the parallels straight, we would be talking about somebody who likes to drive fast who at the same time advocates lowering the speed limit.
