It is the gleeful way that many dems assume that anytime there is a crime committed in DC it will lead directly to Bush and they are disappointed it does not, instead of assuming it will not lead to Bush and being disappointed if it does. You must know that there is no way Bush is directly responsible for this. It would be equally likely (unlikely) that Hillary is trying to frame him for it. Both fantasies would be equally hard to prove.

I have no doubt that there is a DNC lackey charged with the responsibility of checking out Bush's whereabouts whenever a convenience store is knocked over in DC.
