I say you would have to have been there. Sexual harrassment is not a new thing and most women that I know would have raised hell at the time if it was agregious. Odds are most of the gropes were considered playful at the time.
I know that some of the stuff on Clinton was also old and may also be bogus but the power of a govenor or president is more intimidating and the alleged intrusions were far more than a grope in some cases.
