I will be interested in seeing if they are talking about changing circumstances just by injecting cash a la "the millionaire".
I have long believed that any healthy white man with normal intelligence can earn a decent living and care for his family if he has any gumption, as my grandfather used to call it.
I believe it can be harder for racial minorities regardless of their determination, but it will surprise me if they have proven that money alone changes everything in more than a small percentage of cases.
I'll keep trying the site.
