Not unless they can regain control
Phobos is a very small moon (more likely a captured asteroid). The only way you could do a slingshot off of Phobos would be to fly very close to it. It's very unlikely that the current trajectory will bring Nozomi anywhere near Phobos. Of course, if they could regain control of Nozomi, then they could maneuver to avoid Mars altogether.
