Was Clinton brilliant? If so, then why did he bomb an innocent warehouse that killed innocent people and was supposed to be a weapons factory? Did this mistake change his status to a dope? Was somebody pulling his strings? Should we have conclude from this that president Clinton could not be trusted any more?
I will leave judgement on President Bush's intelligence when the facts are all in.
Somehow I think you would chew right through any amount of duct tape, and that's a good thing. ;-)
