Bush Derangement Syndrome: the acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal people in reaction to the policies, the presidency -- nay -- the very existence of George W. Bush.
To be fair, I've known a few victims of "Clinton Derangement Syndrome" as well, including a guy who was convinced that Clinton would declare some kind of national emergency to stay in office past his allotted term. Key way to detect a victim: ask them about Vince Foster.
