His housekeeper should have been arrested back then, and so should have Limbaugh. Charges then could have been dropped, but this is also illegal possession. Doctors are to blame MAYBE, looks like they're going to try and pin it on them (looking for a fall guy), when they need to be questioning the housekeeper, because she OBTAINED them illegally. And Limbaugh was in possession of a highly controlled drug.
