Actually, I like the design. Particulatly considering some of the dogs that were suggested.
The environmental statement is simply the use of wind power and is a helluva good idea. There is a big difference in being an eco-nut and supporting new sources of energy.
As to the 110 stories, tall buildings like that are impractical for numerous reasons. I was adamant that we make a visual statement by the height of the structure but the tower satisfies that imo.
Remember Lee, Der Feurer didn't like tall buildings. :)
