Your sister sounds like she could use some sound advice, because she is suffering.....from SOMETHING. Has she ever considered counseling, at least DEBT counseling? Her fears may also be simple anxiety leading to depression.
I never have trouble paying my bills and have an excellent credit rating, so the monkeys (for Bush) over here can't throw that at me. And RL calls me "delusional" once again for pointing to a site we ALL should look at, at least once. We live in a very toxic environment.
