and there are very very few blacks in the State.
What is interesting to me is that Dean did not use that as an excuse. To admit that there so few minorities in Vermont that is makes including them difficult, sounds almost as bad as not hiring them in the first place.
How can Dean have any insight into civil rights problems when he comes from a State where he could go weeks without even seeing a minority
