People who support it are misinformed, too
There are no hard facts to tell us what the plan really is. Some of the statements about what it consists of don't make a lot of sense (might later, when the real plan comes out). There have been contradictory statements about how much it will cost, and how it will be paid for.
The whole thing (whatever it really is) may disappear this year. Or, depending on details, it may be the plan that assures that in 50 years, no one on earth wants to do space any more.
I'm hoping for the best, but planning for the worst.
