I wont vote- my vote would not be valid....
I posted my feelings on off-topic- the bastard should die... I am not comfortable with how much hate I feel for these animals....I just dont know how someone can do this!

but torture? no, i cannot condone the state doing that... it would just be another evil piled on evil....
no amount of torture would save the victims you mention... we have no choice but to endure the fact that evil exists, we can just try to fight it, but it will exist....
this murder has hurt me - there is no rational reason.... I am taking it personally... I would happily kill the animal that did this, but I dont want my country to satisfy my baser instincts...
the animal is off the streets, that is what matters
again- her parents have my sympathy, I wish... hell we all wish... I have no answer to how to stop such evil.....
so my vote is to do what we can to prevent this evil.....that is all we can do...
