does Lovelock work for subsurface?
As far as I know (and I'm no expert), all subsurface microorganisms increase equilibrium/entropy.
Again maybe I'm wrong, but I'm not sure Lovelock works on the earth's surface either for the entire period when photosynthetic life was not dominant.
Maybe someone can clarify this.
