Trading Tuchman
Thanks! I'll put The March of Folly on hold at the library as soon as I'm finished with the last four of Patrick O'Brian's "Aubrey/Maturin" novels.
Tuchman also wrote The First Salute, about the naval aspects of the American Revolution, and the concurrent, wider naval war between England and France for control of Caribbean trade. Having read it last year, I wasn't surprised at Harvey's treatment of the same topic. I think you'll enjoy it.
