Find photos and posters of Reagan that approach within a parsec of this level of adoration. Find photos of places that had Reagan's picture covering a wall. Reagan with haloes. Reagan on votive candles, or rising from the ocean with unicorns in the background.
Oh, you can find a couple that push it a little (scroll for a while) but nothing that deifies a human leader like Obama's most fervent fans deify him.
One theory I've heard: conservatives already have a god. Liberals need to make one.
