You might have missed the point.
The key word is "deification." A few of these qualify. Most don't. A picture of Reagan on a stamp, or a political poster, doesn't really qualify. Neither do stock news photos of him without a shirt, or obvious humorous graphics.
You didn't really put much thought into this. You think the "One People, One Country, One Leader" photo was intended as a tribute? How about the "gay cowboy" Time cover? or J. G. Ballard's pamphlet?
The amulet works, although I doubt there's more than one of them. Maybe the "revolution" posters. I had no trouble finding Reagan tattoos, and I'm surprised you missed that opportunity. I'll also give you "Reagan's Raiders."
Most important, how much of this stuff dates from the 80s, when Reagan was actually in power? Hell, how much of it even dates from before his death? The campaign poster obviously. So does the comic book (1987).
A test case: Clinton was very popular with Democrats, with feminists offering him blow jobs, but I don't recall him being photographed with haloes. I could be wrong.
I think every recent president has been pictured somewhere as Superman. Not Carter, as far as I know.
