I think Howard was targeted because his broadcast crossed the line of civil and was aired on the free radio channels.
Nobody will stop him from airing his perverted show on paid radio or TV channels and from writing a book, so his free speech is not deprived.
When Rap music starts revealing in detail how a guy performs anal sex with his girlfriend or boyfriend and it's aired on the free radio channels, I think they will hear about it like Stern did.
If we are going to let Howard Stern do what he wants, were and when he wants, then we might as well just dump the rating system for CD's, TV and the movies.
Am I just old fashion?
